Rachel “Rach” Brook (she/they) is a freelance marketer and copywriter within the arts, charity and education sectors. Having worked for prestigious academic publishers and in specialist email and CRM roles, Rach offers consultancy and execution that blends their creative and technical skills. She can competently manage campaigns, build and optimise messaging, and craft actionable copy that delivers against KPIs.
Rach has a proven track record of engaging audiences, raising metrics, and delivering new business for clients including the BFI, Into Film, Shape History, and Cynozure. Achievements include having campaign copy recognised in the Big Screen Awards, helping organisations resolve data protection issues, and crafting effective automated journeys.
Rach also writes poetry and creative non-fiction, and has writing published or forthcoming in City Lit anthology Between the Lines, Bi Women Quarterly, Penstricken, and Thorn & Bloom Magazine. In 2025, they won the creative non-fiction prize of the South Warwickshire Literary Festival.
