OPEN CALL: Artist to lead the design and consultation for public artwork - Alperton Underground Railway Bridge
The London Borough of Brent is seeking to commission a creative artist to lead the design and consultation of public artwork for the Alperton Underground Railway Bridge on Ealing Road, Alperton. This project will transform the bridge into an inspiring gateway feature that celebrates the local community and strengthens the identity of the Mayor of London’s Creative Enterprise Zone.

The maximum budget for the project is £20,000 + VAT. The commission fee covers the artist’s responsibilities for designing the artwork, leading community consultation, and supervising the appointed contractor during installation. The fee does not include the cost of installation itself, which will be procured separately by the Council.
