In Situ is a young architecture and design studio that uses creative participation to help communities to explore, understand and shape the places around them.
We specialise in creating immersive environments for communities to come together - whether it’s buildings, installations, stage design or interior spaces. We partner with cultural and community organisations, educational institutions, local councils and developers to work with local people to design and craft dynamic spaces that capture
the energy and spirit of local culture.
With these groups, we undertake workshops and design to explore architecture and design with people of all ages, and specialise in working with young people. These workshops have an emphasis on creative engagement, placemaking and community participation.
