We are pleased to invite you to upcoming viewing sessions for Watkin Road Studios, ASC’s new building in Wembley Park.

The building provides 22 studios for artists and makers, ranging from 82–560 sq ft, priced from £120–£760 per month (+ electricity). The studios are intended for visual artists and designer-makers, including painters, sculptors, printmakers, installation artists and textile designers. Priority will be given to artists living or working in the London Borough of Brent. Many studios benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent natural light.
The building also includes:

● 24-hour access
● Electric heating (metered, pay-for-use)
● Communal washout sinks
● Shared kitchen facilities
● Bluetooth entry system
● Accessible platform lift
● Disabled access throughout
Please note: the accessible platform lift has not yet been signed off for use.
