Southwark Council has an exciting opportunity for engagement specialists to submit an exhibition,
engagement and curation proposal focussing on the story of the council, from its birth in 1965 to
present day. The resulting display will form part of the heritage displays in the Southwark Heritage
Centre and Walworth Library and tour various locations around the borough.
Budget
Up to £20,000 dependant on engagement strategy programme and output (to be paid in agreed
instalments at project milestones)
This fee needs to cover all costs including:
• Research
• Community Engagement
• Events and activities
• Creating, writing & producing text panels
• Communications
• Materials or production costs
• Installation Costs (including hire of any equipment or subcontractors)
• Insurances
